Friendship

Sharing the human spirit through friendship is today’s theme,

Of staying together to the brink as a team.

With mutual respect, love and trust

Like a galvanized friendship that would not rust.

Still you blemished our love in pain,

Leaving me alone in difficulty and baine,

In search for solace, prosperity and fame.

As these moments leave unforgotten memories

So as we recall such amazing stories.

A promise, however, to remain together forever,

Implies providing your life to be obliged for the sake of the other,

Living through all situations altogether.

Unfortunately, we will have to bid goodbye someday.

Because we won’t live forever, to my dismay.

But in my heart, we ought to have remained companions forever.
